THE GUEST ROOMS
We’re a restaurant with rooms. A delightful collection of 12 individually-styled bedrooms, overlooking the hills. The relaxed comforts of a high-quality hotel, with an essential family friendliness.
A NEW MENU
We have introduced our à la carte menu (SEE A MENU), available every Thursday and Sunday evening, priced at £65 for three courses. This will also be available for a one night stay from £160pp, or two night package starting from £300pp. Dinner, then spend the night in one of our comfortable rooms. Set yourself up in the morning with the signature breakfast. The à la carte menu is not available Friday/Saturday.
Here is a June introductory offer. A two-night stay starting from £260 per person. Package includes room and breakfasts, three-course menu one night, our signature six-course tasting menu on the other night. Note, that is Thursday carte menu, Friday tasting menu. Or Saturday tasting menu, Sunday carte menu. That's our six-course tasting menu (10-course option available). Saves £200 per couple.

Open for dinner on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and lunch on Sunday. Closed Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.
Price note. An optional 12.5% service charge is added to ALL food and drink charges, except breakfast.

I wanted to write to thank you for your hospitality during our stay in September.
My husband and I stayed at Tyddyn Llan twice pre-Covid and had wanted to bring my parents. Covid intervened but we managed finally to arrange a stay in September for my mother’s birthday. We knew that you had just changed hands (and of course the hospitality sector has difficulties as a whole) and were prepared to experience some teething issues – but our stay was superb from start to finish.
The food of course was magnificent. I’ve been lucky to eat in Michelin starred and other highly rated restaurants throughout the UK and I’ve seldom eaten as well, and never better, than we did during our stay. But what really makes Tyddyn Llan stand out is the welcome and the service, which is friendly, knowledgeable, never overbearing and makes guests feel like they are at home (but with a truly superb dinner and breakfast).
A particular thank you also to your gardener who recommended that we visit Plas Brondarw, which we had never heard of and was lovely (and also where the sun was).

Fantastic progress, stunning food We were the first guests to stay at Tyddyn Llan after the refurbishment of the public areas, and what a wow factor! They are beautiful, a wonderful freshness with a nice relaxed feel to the place. I could see myself curling up with a book by the fire if we were to stay longer than 1 night. Our room was clean and comfortable, if dated and tired, the building is undergoing an extensive refurbishment and one of our party stayed in the newly decorated room, which is stunning, I look forward to returning when there are more rooms sorted as that's my only real critique.
Our meal in the restaurant was stunning, every course was packed full of flavour, and you can tell the chef takes care in procuring his ingredients, and breakfast the next morning was fantastic. Well done to the new team, we can't wait to come back when there are more refreshed rooms!
Tyddan Llan - new team but still fabulous food and hospitality This was our first visit since Gareth and Emily took over from Bryan and Susan and we were not disappointed. We had the 10 course tasting menu and it was a stunner. Every single course was excellent but there were some courses we swooned over. The venison and beetroot, the crab with XO sauce, and the pre-dessert of orange and custard (like a trifle) all had us swooning. A truly truly excellent meal. The service was warm, friendly and attentive without being overbearing (thank you Faye). We loved our visit and were so pleased that Tyddan Llan has such a worthy successor. We will definitely be back. Visit this restaurant whilst its still possible to get a table because it is going to become a destination restaurant with cooking of that standard. 
A wonderful evening for two Absolutely wonderful! Food sublime, staff excellent, surroundings exceptional. Would highly recommend. This place We are certain, will soon gain a Michelain star!
